This Agreement governs your use of any add-ons, styles, or services ("Software") provided by AIXF.net ("We", "Our", or "Us"). By purchasing, installing, or using our Software, you ("You" or "Your") agree to these terms. We aim to empower communities through ethical, transparent, and adaptable tools.

• Free Tier: No cost. May have limited features or support.
• Standard Tier: 12-month license with updates and support. Renewable annually.
• One-Time Tier: Lifetime license for select smaller add-ons. Valid until a major update (e.g., XenForo 2.4, 3.0, ect).

Major updates may require a new license for One-Time tier users. License terms are clearly stated on each product page.

• One live installation on a single domain (URL)
• One password-protected test installation for internal use

You must register your domain via your AIXF.net account and keep it current. Circumvention may result in license revocation.

All Software is licensed, not sold. AIXF.net retains full ownership. You may not:

• Claim ownership or derivative rights
• Remove or alter copyright notices (None of my addons have copyright)
• Use the Software unlawfully or infringe third-party rights

You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Software. Add-ons and Extras are tied to their original license and cannot be transferred separately.

If a license is transferred (e.g., via site sale), associated Extras will transfer with it.

• Standard Tier: Includes 12 months of support and updates
• One-Time Tier: Includes support and updates until a major version change
• Free Tier: May have limited or community-based support

Extension payments are required to renew access. Extras are included in renewal fees unless canceled beforehand.

Optional Extras (e.g., styles, modules) must:

• Be used only with their associated license
• Be uninstalled and deleted if canceled or refunded

Support and updates for Extras depend on the status of the main license.

You are responsible for:

• Managing content created with the Software
• Complying with laws, including privacy and data protection
• Maintaining accurate account info and secure credentials

You agree to indemnify AIXF.net against any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Software.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your specific needs or be error-free. Evaluate suitability before purchase.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for death, injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion. Once downloaded or installed, refunds are not guaranteed. Partial refunds or admin fees may apply.

Any exceptions to this Agreement must be approved in writing by AIXF.net.

This Agreement is governed by U.S. law and subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts. If any part is deemed invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
